Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites and services operated by Data Boy Design, LLC ("Data Boy Design," "we," "us"), including KeptQR (a DBA of Data Boy Design, LLC). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

KeptQR is a subscription-based software service. We may update, improve, or modify features over time. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, and will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) in US Dollars via our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel. Prices may change with reasonable advance notice.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, use it for unlawful purposes, or infringe others' rights.

7. Intellectual property

The service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Data Boy Design, LLC and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Data Boy Design, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of to be set, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
