Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to KeptQR, a subscription service of Data Boy Design, LLC. All amounts are in US Dollars (USD).
Subscriptions
KeptQR is billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time from your KeptQR account settings, or by emailing paul@databoydesign.com. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by law.
Refunds
If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of a charge and we will process your refund promptly. Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend access until payment succeeds.
