Data Boy Design, LLC ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Contact form: when you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. This is sent to us by email so we can respond. We do not store contact-form submissions in a database.
- KeptQR account and payments: if you subscribe to KeptQR, account and billing information is processed to provide the service. Payments are handled by Stripe; we do not collect or store your full payment card details. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
- Automatically collected data: our hosting may log standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
How we use information
To respond to inquiries, provide and maintain our services, process subscriptions, and keep our systems secure.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate (such as Stripe for payments and our email/hosting providers) and as required by law.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Your rights
